Monthly Minutes
May 1st, 2019
Time meeting called to order: 7:15pm
Roll call and introduction of guests. There were 6 attendees.
Reading of minutes from April 2019 meeting.
• Motion made to accept the minutes as read by Mike (W9MRL), and Jason (KD9HFW), and passed by
unanimous voice vote.
Reading of Treasures report.
• Motion made to accept the Treasures report as read by Jason (KD9HFW), and Karen (KC9WQJ), and
passed by unanimous voice vote.
Old Business:
• The new website is ready to go live and have photos uploaded.
New Business:
• Field day operation were discussed. South Milwaukee will be the host club with MRC91 the guest
operating the GOTA station.
• Power supplies are needed?
• The club call sign has been changed from WA9TXE to WI9SM and the club logo redesigned to reflect
the change.
• Karen (KC9WQJ) offered to sell to the club a Kenwood TS-530S for $250.
• Jason (KD9HFW) made motion to accept the offer and Mike (W9MRL) seconded. Motion passes by
unanimous voice vote.
