Monthly Minutes
April 3rd, 2019
Time meeting called to order: 7:00pm
Roll call and introduction of guests. There were 9 attendees.
Reading of minutes from February 6th, 2019 meeting.
• Motion made to accept the minutes as read by Tim (N9VUV), and Bert (K9AYL), and passed by
unanimous voice vote.
Reading of Treasures report.
• Motion made to accept the Treasures report as read by Tim (N9VUV), and Bert (K9AYL), and passed by
unanimous voice vote.
Announcements:
• The club has a lifetime subscription to AMSAT magazine and the issues are available to read.
Old Business:
• No new news on acquiring a tent for field day. We are looking for 10′ x 30′ size tent. Dan Wenzel
offered a light tent the club may use on the interim.
• A letter was posted in the MRC 91 newsletter describing the joint Field day we have with the MRC 91
club and proposing to purchase the related equipment from them.
New Business:
• The club swap-fest has now been listed in QST magazine, and on the Icom website.
• Treasurer Mike (W9MRL) suggested the board should have a meeting to go over the club taxes.
