Monthly Minutes
June 6th, 2019
Time meeting called to order: 7:00 pm
Roll call and introduction of guests. There were 9 attendees.
Reading of minutes from May 2019 meeting.
- Motion made to accept the minutes as read by Tim (N9VUV), and Tom (KA9KJE), and passed by
unanimous voice vote.
Reading of Treasures report.
- Motion made to accept the Treasures report as read by Tim (N9VUV), and Dan Wenzel, and passed by
unanimous voice vote.
Old Business:
- Field Day setup will be on Friday
- Will have three radios
- Better signage leading to the site
- Need to make operating scripts for each radio station
New Business:
- Be sure to contact City for use of barricades
- Possible use of chalk lines in vendor areas to insure straight rows
