Monthly Minutes

Time meeting called to order: 7:00 pm
Roll call and introduction of guests.
Reading of minutes from November 2019 meeting.
- Motion made to accept the minutes as read by Tim (N9VUV), and Tom (KA9KJE), and passed by
unanimous voice vote.
Reading of Treasures report.
- Motion made to accept the Treasures report as read by Tim, (N9VUV), and Tom (KA9KJE), and passed
by unanimous voice vote.
Business:
- The order for T-shirts was started with many people submitting their size and preference of pocket.
- Elections: Current board of directors ran unopposed and was elected by unanimous voice vote.
