The meeting was called to order 7:00 PM
Old Business:
Reading of Treas Report: None read as Mike Lea< current treasurer had
not submitted a report and did not attend the meeting. It was reported on
10/31/23 petty cash reported 158.00.
Karen KC9WQJ reported the Holiday gathering was well attended and
everyone enjoyed the event. Also mentioned that 2023 was a good year for
WI9SM. We joined with MRC91 again this year for Field day and picnic.
This event was also a success. Bert K9AYL stated several reasons why:
(1) site location easily accessible for all attendees.
(2) space between stations was nice
(3) Whitnall Park site is perfect and voted to maintain the same for 2024.
Bert K9AYL stores our trailer and will be doing cleaning and upgrades
needed prior to Field Day 2024.
